I had so many plans to create fun decorations for Valentine's day but crafters bought everything well in advance. Target and Michael's were very picked over by the last week of January. Sooo that's when you turn to fun Party Stores like Balloon Time.
They have so many fun ideas to incorporate balloons in a non cheesy way for all sort of celebrations. You can even purchase helium tanks from them...

They have some fun ideas on their site like making Mini Balloon Love Notes which would be especially fun for kids and a Date Night idea for couples.
This is by far one of my fav ideas. As an avid wearer of bright lipsticks by N.Y.X. cosmetics, this would be so simple and fun to create if I were having a gathering or doing something intmate at home. What ways are you decorating?
