exposed beams and pipes, well-worn rustic hardwood floors and painted-chipped pillars give this tribeca loft an unconventional, bohemian look, but don’t let that fool you. if you’re were so inclined, this loft space rented for a mere $25 grand a month but alas — oh no — it’s been snatched up! regardless, i don’t think i could have quite swung that, but it’s awfully nice to imagine living in this open floor plan with all that lovely new york light flooding through it. mismatched furniture, sliding barn doors and a big clawfoot tub add to the eclectic flair. a private garden, too? no wonder it was gone in a new york minute.
